Product Description

The MM32H5480 is an MCU product equipped with a 32-bit Star-MC1 core based on the Arm v8-M architecture (compatible with Cortex-M33), with a clock speed of up to 300MHz/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32h_performance/mm32h5480 It features a Floating Point Unit (FPU), Digital Signal Processing (DSP) unit, MindSwitch interconnection matrix, CORDIC trigonometric function accelerator, and integrates a wide range of peripheral modules and ample I/O ports/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32h_performance/mm32h5480

- Up to 2MB Flash, 256KB RAM + 4KB Retention RAM

- Multiple communication interfaces: 8x USART/LPUART, 3x SPI, 2x I2C

- 1x Ethernet 10/100Mbps MII/RMII interface

- 1x High-Speed USB, 1x Full-Speed USB

- 2x FlexCAN modules supporting CAN 2/en/products/mm32mcu/performance_line/mm32h_performance/mm32h54800B and CAN-FD, up to 8Mbps

- Camera interface DCI, up to 14-bit wide, supporting Bayer/YCbCr/RGB/JPEG formats

- 16-bit parallel FMC, supporting SDRAM and 8080 displays

- Hardware AES-128, SHA-256, TRNG, supporting AES-based online decryption

- 2x Advanced Timers, 3x 3MSPS 12b ADC
